High altitude training mask are the latest trend in trend in the market. These masks are used to increase the stamina of the body. These masks help in adapting the body to low level of oxygen. Altitude mask creates a fake situation of high altitude but actually the person is exposed to normal air pressure which can have a negative impact on your body. When someone is staying at high altitude and working out, he is continuously in that pressure whereas one wearing mask is not, hence change in pressure every time might affect the health. Secondly, studies have proved in order to increase the stamina and performance, one has to have a prolong stay in high altitude. Wearing mask for few hours and then breathing in normal air will not have the same effect on the body as being in the real air condition.
